Greenwood County Council will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. in the American Veteran’s Auditorium of the Greenwood County Library to receive comments regarding: (1) An Ordinance to Amend the Greenwood County Zoning Ordinance, Being Ordinance 13-86, as and if Amended, so that Approximately 3.91 Acre Parcel of Land Identified by G-PIN Number 6894-405-893 and Located at 4416 Hwy 246 S be Rezoned from AG-2 (Agricultural District) to AG-1 (Agricultural District); and (2) An Ordinance Amending Ordinance No 2008-26 to Change the Location of the Project Site and Other Matters Related Thereto (Code Name: Velux).
