PASSPORT APPLICATIONS & INQUIRIES
Effective June
30, 2010, the Passport office will NOT accept personal checks for the $25 acceptance
fee to Greenwood County.
Our hours of operation are as follows:
- Monday – NONE
- Tuesday – 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday – 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Thursday – 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- Friday – NONE
Applications can be completed online or picked up and returned next day for
processing.
DO NOT sign form in advance. See links at left for online
forms.
PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
ADULT
- One money order or cashier's check payable to Greenwood County for $25.00
- One check, money order or cashier's check payable to U. S. Department of State for
$110.00
- Two photographs
- Birth certificate
- Driver's license
CHILDREN UNDER SIXTEEN (16)
- Child's long form of birth certificate
- Two parents of child have to sign consent form
- Two parents of child have to sign the child's passport application.
- Drivers licenses of both parents
- One money order or cashier's check payable to Greenwood County for $25.00
- One check, money order or cashier's check payable to U. S. Department of State for
$80.00
OTHER SERVICES
Expedited Services - Add $60.00 for each application
Passport Renewal By Mail (Customer Submits): $110.00
